Tactical Barbell Base Building Template - If it’s your first time doing base building, go easier than you think you’ll need. As prescribed in the conditioning book, i’ll go through base building first. So i went against what i wanted to do and did what the book said i should do and started an 8 week base building block with the standard template last monday (9/16). The book recommends starting with base building, which is an 8 week program. Due to the lack of tb physique images, i have decided to compare it to the likes of (crossfit / gymnast) + the tb. My main goal would be to cut a lot of the fat away, while still retaining as much muscle as possible. I am looking at doing a stint of base building as it just worked out it's been a year since i last did. It consists of base building, followed by a transition to a more specific conditioning protocol. The book says i should use tb1s fighter. I also done the max strength.

Fit all round + add muscle + strong + aesthetic. I also done the max strength. I’m setting up a base building template and it’s a bit unclear to me what weight to use for the strength days. Grouchy's base building template is excellent. My main goal would be to cut a lot of the fat away, while still retaining as much muscle as possible. Somehow my base building has never improved my stats like yours and i’ve done base building twice so far. I am looking at other options besides the traditional body weight or lighter. It consists of base building, followed by a transition to a more specific conditioning protocol.

You’ll Be Ready For Hills When You Get To Them If You’ve Done Everything Else Right.
